Bone Act 1 Released for Mac

van_061013_bone4.jpgI’m a long-time comic book fan, and have been a huge fan of Jeff Smith’s independent title “Bone” since it’s first issue was published in the early 90s.  So, I’m very pleased to see MacNN reporting that Vanbrio Entertainment has finally released Bone Act 1: Out From Boneville for Mac.  The game is the first installment of a Bone episodic series of games that follow the adventures of Fone Bone, Phoney Bone, and Smiley Bone, three Bone cousines who have been banished from Boneville, and are now lost in a deep forest.

Bone Act 1 is available now for $13…and you can download a free demo to give the game a spin if you like.

If you want to know more about Bone, check out Boneville, the official site of creator Jeff Smith.  The entire series is currently being reprinted (for the first time in color) by Scholastic Books.
