Sometimes, it’s just easier to share what’s on your screen with other devices rather than sending screenshots via email or other messaging platforms. Of course, there’s the good old manual way of actually showing someone else your phone, but what good is that when you’re not physically in the same room?

That’s where Slingshot app can come in very handy.

So it’s basically a screensharing app targeted at iOS users so that we can easily show what we need to share with others. But more than sharing what’s on our screens, with Slingshot app, we can also share documents and other files – and even video streams – easily.

That may not seem too interesting – there are many other ways to do that – but the way Slingshot app works is that you can do all these on the go, and share content with any other device, including Android-based ones! All you need is a wireless connection.

That’s the clincher, yeah? While we may love Apple to death, the reality is that not everyone feels the same way, and we know that Android phones and tablets are used by many other people – not to mention Windows. Slingshot app is for iOS, but it realizes that our sharing needs may not be limited to the platform, hence the app allowing sharing with all the other operating systems.

The thing is, Slingshot requires a subscription, which costs at least $9.99 per month – the most expensive package is $99.99 per month. There is a 30-day free trial, though, so you might want to check that out and see if the way you use the app is worth paying the 10 bucks every month.

Give Slingshot a try.
