The Daily Burn 365 App has a library of more than 1,000 workouts specifically designed for your goals and fitness level. You can find videos of HIIT workouts, circuit training workouts, strength training workouts, and ab workouts. There are workouts for seniors (65+) and kids (ages 3-12). Suppose you don’t like working out on your own or have trouble fitting a full hour in during your busy day. In that case, this app is perfect because you can choose from a variety of shorter workout options ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

This app can best be described as a mobile gym. It is built to support personal workout routines. It comes with many workout videos to help you in your workout journey. My favorite feature is the 30-day workout challenge, classified based on difficulties. This app is free but is unfortunately only available for Android users.

Nike Training Club, available for iOS and Android, is a great way to get a workout in when you’re on the go. The app provides a variety of workouts that are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that’s building muscle or losing weight. You can also get customized advice and tips from experts familiar with your body type and fitness level.

The app offers more than 500 exercises, so you’ll always have something new to try out. It also tracks your progress to see how far you’ve come—and what’s left for tomorrow!
