It’s not cheap, starting at $149 (and growing past $200 if you want to trick out the dock and home button). You can even order a new iPhone direct from colorware and have it shipped to you pre-colored.

Keep in mind, though, doing this will void your iPhone warranty. If you have a problem like I did, you’ll be screwed.
