Developers complain about App Store problems, and people find things to nit-pick about the iPhone pretty constantly, but one thing you can’t deny is that the device has changed, and is still changing, all the mobile industry.
A new report from Information Week states that iPhone game downloads accounted for 14% of the entire download market, while the market average was only at 3.8%.
The App Store has proven that people are willing to download and pay for digital content, and while using it, as a developer, can be challenging at times, there is no denying that there is a bright future ahead for digital downloads – and Apple has done a lot to usher that era forward.
