David Pogue: Hands on with the iPhone


indexhero20070109.jpgNew York Times columnist David Pogue, got a chance yesterday to sit down with Steve Jobs and Phil Schiller. In that meeting he also got the opportunity try out the iPhone. He sent emails, made a phone call, and discovered that some features aren’t yet ready.

In his article he expresses concern over the smudgyness of the screen, and says that typing on the keyboard is a bit awkward. He also comments that Blackberry addicts will probably not be ready to switch just yet.

After having read this, I’m glad the iPhone isn’t coming out until June…to give them get it ready before it ships…because I want it to be awesome…and I know you do too…
