“Kroll” action game released for iPhone

Table of Contents

At WWDC this year A developer named Digital Legends Entertainment showed us a brief sample of a “God of War” styled game called “Kroll” for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Well 3 days ago that game was released for the iPhone with little fanfare.

Frankly, the thing looks amazing. Reviews (of which there are 56 as I write this) are mostly positive, resulting in a 4 1/2 star rating right now in the App Store. I’ve always been a sucker for a good “hack and slash” game, and so far “Kroll” appears to be the reigning graphics champion on the iPhone. Reviewers have also compared it to the arcade version of “Prince of Persia” and the “Golden Axe” series.

You can check it out for yourself right here. Expect a review soon.
