Darwiin Remote is a tiny program that allows you to control your Macintosh computer with your Nintendo Wii Remote.
Right now it only operates in Apple Remote mode, but what this will hopefully lead to is being able to use your Wii Remote to control every aspect of your Mac in the near future.
