News and Notes about Apple’s 4th Quarter Sales

Some interesting notes from the sales call:

Apple is not pursuing a further relationship with Circuit City, and is instead focusing on Best Buy, where they hope to have a total of 270 mini-stores inside the retailer very soon.

Apple estimates that a whopping 250,000 (that’s 17%) of iPhone sold have been sold to people who intended to unlock the devices.

This is the largest sales quarter yet for Macs, as things continue to look up, and well over 1 million iPhones have been sold.

Things are look good. :P
