VIDEO: One of my favorite Steve Jobs lines ever.

Table of Contents

There’s a lot of ongoing talk and speculation about Steve Jobs current health, which is to be expected after the announcement from earlier this week. I’m not interested in writing about that. We all know the situation and anything beyond what we’ve heard from Jobs himself is speculation at this point.

I decided, instead, to look through some of the stuff that I’ve found to be the most amusing coming from Jobs over the years, and it came down to the joke above, and the one from the 90s where he talks about Microsoft having no taste. I went with this one, but I’m curious as to what your favorite Jobs video quotes might be.

  1. “Steve, most PC mice have two or three buttons.” a reporter asks. “Why does the Macintosh only have one button?” Steve’s reply, “Because you only NEED one button!”

  2. “If I were running Apple, I would milk the Macintosh for all it’s worth — and get busy on the next great thing.” from a Fortune article in 1996 (It’s the same one where Michael Dell said he’d give the money back to the shareholders.)

  3. Loved that ice water in hell quote, because at the time it was very true for me. iTunes was my favorite, most used app on windows. Before I switched of course 😉

    Also like that one Peter.
