Apple and At&t face another iPhone related lawsuit

Table of Contents

New York resident Jai Sen is taking At&t and Apple to court over the iPhone in a variety of ways. Jai’s complaints include software problems, crack in the devices case, and advertising issues. It is yet another attempt to get a class action lawsuit over the iPhone up and running.

His claims against the advertising of the iPhone 3G stem from the lack of “flash” and “java” support, and the “twice” the speed claim of the device.

The lawsuit is asking for the return of funds to those affected by any of the iPhone 3G issues addressed in the suit, as well as judgements against Apple and At&t for employing unlawful and unfair advertising methods.
