This video above from TUAW is supposedly from a non-jail broken iPhone. There appears to be a small debate about whether that is actually true or not…but to me, it doesn’t really matter. I’m just glad to see an external keyboard working on the iPhone.
When you combine the features announced for iPhone 3.0, external keyboards, and even 3rd party devices that will turn the iPhone into a full blown “netbook” are going to be coming out from all sorts of people, and I can’t wait to see what companies come up with.
Everyone is excited about the possibility of an Apple Netbook, but all of us that already have iPhone HAVE an Apple Netbook in our pockets ALREADY…the only thing we’ve been missing is a full blown external keyboard…and Apple has opened that possibility up to anyone now.
It shouldn’t be long before we see where that goes…

I can’t wait for this so I can kb it up with my iPod Touch, especially if it allows bluetooth keyboards in 3.0.
