Rogue Amoeba makes some cool software. Audio Hijack Pro is an essential program for anyone even thinking about podcasting…but that’s not the one I’m talking about today…today I want to point you toward a little free app from the Rogue team called Memory Cell.
Memory Cell only does one thing, but it does that one thing really well. Basically, it will give you a quick overview of the memory (RAM) being used by each of your applications. Allowing you to monitor the memory usage of the aplications so you can restart anything that is bogging down your system.
Memory Cell is freeware, and the intel verison of the app is still in beta. You can download it here
