Want to close a specific Dashboard widget without opening the Widget manager?

It’s simple. Go into the Dashboard, hover your mouse over any Dashboard Widget, and hold down the Option key. After a few seconds, the circle X will appear on the Widget, and you can close it without opening the Widget Manager.

  1. I kinda knew about this one. I was holding Option and Cmd though 😛

    But if you hold Option and Cmd and click on the weather widget that comes with Tiger, each click will cycle through the different weather images.
