Mac version of Direct X from Nividia and TransGaming?

Posted by: Michael on Feb 14, 2007 |

Seems like I missed this little bit of info last week…and boy is it good news…

TransGaming and Nividia are teaming up to lay the smackdown on PC gaming on the Mac.  What they’re doing is essentially doing is creating a Mac version of Microsoft’s Direct X using TransGaming’s Cider engine and Nvidia’s CgFX graphics system.  What this means for us is no more waiting on Mac versions of games…or having to load up Boot Camp.

This is big news.  I can’t wait to try it out.

I read about this and I’m sure they’re close.

There are also other options to be able to play your Windows Based Games on OSX

Head over here: http://theopgclan.com/smf/index.php?topic=930.0 To read about some other options available.
