Adobe Brings Premiere Back to Mac

premiere.jpgMacWorld is reporting that Adobe will announce an enhanced focus on the Mac today with the upcoming revival of Adobe Premiere for Intel based Macs.  The professional grade video editing software will be part of a large production bundle that will include Adobe Encore DVD and Adobe Soundbooth.

Adobe dropped Premiere from OS X in 2003, sighting Final Cut Pro as one of the reasons for Premiere’s disappearance from Macs.  Adobe makes it clear in the article that they are fully behind the Intel Macs, and feel that they can help Apple sell a lot of computers.
