Apple Now Using New URL Shortener For Ping
Apple is adopting a new URL shortening service for use with Ping: iTun.es. Apple has owned itun.es since 2006 which has been speculated to be used as an eventual URL shortening service. The new shortener is being used with Ping when users Tweet which song they liked or bought.

90 Second Song Previews Now On iTunes
A new feature is rolling out in iTunes tonight: 90 second previews for songs. The extended previews are only available on songs longer than 2 minutes and 30 seconds — anything shorter and only 30 second previews will be available.
