October 29, 2019 by Natividad Sidlangan Leave a Comment

The automotive industry isn’t Apple’s usual target market but that might change soon enough. The exact phrasing is that they’re working on “autonomous systems and associated technologies” of vehicles.

October 22, 2019 by Natividad Sidlangan Leave a Comment

Smart speakers are the next latest electronic devices to get the “smart” treatment. While this is a huge leap forward for the auditory devices, it can prove to be a double-edged sword as digital devices can open devices and their owners up for digital dangers. One such danger is phishing and eavesdropping; such is the […]

An Old Ted Talk Video Perfectly Explains Loyal Apple Customers

October 10, 2019 by Natividad Sidlangan Leave a Comment

Ever since the first time Apple has existed, it has raised the flag for simplicity in digital technology– two terms that usually don’t get married well together. For one, simple isn’t really something you can use to describe operating a Windows device (even today). Apple as Simon Sinek explains, thinks differently. As a result, they […]

December 31, 2018 by Alexander Fox Leave a Comment

My first encounter with Bluetooth on my Mac was a mystifying experience. Whether devices were discovered seemed to be determined by eldritch forces beyond human comprehension. Does Apple Suck Now?

July 25, 2018 by Alexander Fox 27 Comments

I’ve been an Apple fan for years. Even since I bought a 2010 white MacBook for college, I’ve been on the side of their design principles. I love macOS with so much of my heart. Using Windows or even Linux feels painful in contrast to a well-designed operating system. Do I like it because it’s […]

Augmented reality and ARKit 2 was a major focus of Apple’s WWDC Keynote on Monday, but is augmented reality ready for the big time yet? WWDC is fast approaching, and that means we’re getting ready for the next major update to macOS and iOS.
