Traveling with Apple: Flight Status for the iPhone

Flight StatusJust got back from a business trip to Las Vegas, and before I left, I setup a page on my iPhone dedicated just to my business and what I need to do on a daily basis. One of my favorite programs there was Flight Status. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I need to be organized. I like that.

I plugged in my trip info into Flight Status this time around and was good to go. I had my confirmation number, flight number and times all neatly organized there, right in front of me. And that was all perfect until the way back.

My flight home was delayed by 30 minutes, but not only was it not able to be found in the program, but there was no mention of the flight delay. It was convenient that I had all the info in front of me, but if it’s not accurate, what’s it good for?

There are a lot of flight tracker apps out there, and next time I go out of town, I’ll try another one. But for me, Flight Status is convenient, but not always perfect.
