Incase Releases New Sling Case for iPad

October 26, 2010 by Kevin Whipps Leave a Comment

Seems like there’s always a different type of iPad bag coming out on the market, and now we’ve got a cool one from incase. It’s called the Field Bag, and it’s a neat little thing. Here’s the official scoop:

Our Coated Canvas Field Bag is a low-profile sling-style bag that lets you access your iPad quickly and easily.

The Coated Canvas Field Bag features durable canvas construction with a weather-resistant coating and a quilted cotton-lined sleeve to protect your iPad. It also features a unique play-through design that allows you to access your iPad without removing it from the bag.

It also features a protective screen cover, a detachable modular pouch, an adjustable removable shoulder strap and an exterior zippered pocket.

When laid flat, the bag opens up to reveal a quilted inside that looks neat, and it looks like it has a hard edge for protection. Now the sling thing is a matter of personal preference, being that not everyone feels comfortable wearing a bag like this, but I think it’s pretty neat. It’s also $69.95, so there’s that as either motivation or not. Me, I like it. But I’m just not sure if I’d actually wear it.
