Announcing Apple Gazette’s Spotlight of the Year Award 2006!

We love shining the spotlight on Independent Software here at Apple Gazette…and we’d like to take it one step further this year by giving out our very own Software Spotlight of the Year Award to one lucky application.

The question is…which one?

There are dozens…if not hundreds of valid candidates out there…

So we’re putting it in your hands.

Either leave a comment below, or contact us with your nomination for Software Spotlight Application of the year…

The qualifications are simple…it has to be an OSX app, and it has to have been developed and released in 2006…it also has to be available for Apple Gazette readers to try…either as a demo, free trial, or freeware.

We’ll take nominations until Friday the 22nd…then a poll will be posted on the 23rd and you will get to vote until the 30th.  The winner will be announced on the 31st and will be awarded a shiny graphic that, if printed, would be suitable for framing.

So what are you waiting for?  Nominate something already!
