The iPhone 3G is up and running…

July 11, 2008 by jumpbug Leave a Comment

Well, 5 minutes before the start of the birthday party we had here today the iPhone 3G

finally connected and got rolling. I’m so exhausted from the past 24 hours I don’t really even know what to think. So far, I’m not 100% sure that I should have upgraded. Edge and 3G aren’t THAT much different here – although 3G is clearly faster.

I’m also upset that my mophie Juice Pack won’t fit on the new iPhone. I’m looking forward to getting a new one once mophie gets it out for the new phone. Most of the stuff I like is software based – and there is a lot to like there. I’ll be trying the GPS out tomorrow, and giving it all a good look over the weekend.

Expect a full review on Monday.
