		<description>I gave him a 30. Not because I don&#039;t like Apple or anything - but simply because I think the amount of influence he has is slowly going away. 

During Apple&#039;s recovery from their 700 horrid CEOs he made a lot of changes - and yes back then he was influential and was definitely near the top of the list. Now that Apple has stable growth it just seems to me he&#039;s more of a &quot;Here&#039;s our products, aren&#039;t they neat?&quot; guy and not so much an actions guy like back during 97-2002. I don&#039;t think that is a bad thing however, it means Apple&#039;s stock won&#039;t drop too much when he leaves. 

I think Bill&#039;s influence is about even with Steve Job&#039;s. Ballmer isn&#039;t influential at all though - he doesn&#039;t even deserve to be on the list. I hate to say it but I think Obama deserves to be #1 - because of him the entire political landscape has changed dramatically.</description>
