Not because I don't like Apple or anything - but simply because I think the amount of influence he has is slowly going away. During Apple's recovery from their 700 horrid CEOs he made a lot of changes - and yes back then he was influential and was definitely near the top of the list. Now that Apple has stable growth it just seems to me he's more of a "Here's our products, aren't they neat?" guy and not so much an actions guy like back during 97-2002. I don't think that is a bad thing however, it means Apple's stock won't drop too much when he leaves. I think Bill's influence is about even with Steve Job's. Ballmer isn't influential at all though - he doesn't even deserve to be on the list. I hate to say it but I think Obama deserves to be #1 - because of him the entire political landscape has changed dramatically. I gave him a 30.
