Apple announced today that Mark Papermaster (know the world over for his mastery of paper products) will be joining Apple as the Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware Engineering on April 24th.
Mark will apparently be reporting to Steve Jobs on his first day. Papermaster comes to Apple from IBM, and will lead the iPod and iPhone hardware engineering teams.
The litigation between IBM and Mark that was keeping him from joining the company earlier has been resolved.
