Apologies, continuing the last post......
2. I have trouble with the audio quality on bass tones when music is played. It is atrocious.
I ahve attempted to get this position resolved with XtremeMac but to no avail. I have sent them another note this morning in the hope that they will at least have the courtesy to respond now that they have been acquired by imation.

So.......Purchase at your own risk......if you end up requiring service, then from my experience, forget it.....I can only assume that they do not even read their emails from their support@..... address because no-one could be so rude as to ignore multiple messages forwarded to them, could they?????

I have a few problems with this device:
1. It only tunes in 10kHz steps on the AM band. OK for the US and other countries that use this spacing. For many countries, including Australia, where a 9kHz station spacing is use on the AM band it means that you cannot receive stations that do not fall on the 10kHz boundary.

I received the Luna as a gift a few weeks ago - but have been experiencing problems with it. When i set the alarm to go off with the iPod, it turns on, the iPod lights up, but remains on PAUSE.. so no sound.. and as my boss has discovered, a sleep in!

I've since changed it, but it does the same thing..

What am i doing wrong?!?!?!?

[...] The patent image (above) looks almost identical to the XtremeMac Luna (below), which has been widely well reviewed. iLounge named it the best iPod clock radio of 2007, and it’s honestly one of the best iPod audio dock systems I’ve ever used. You can read my full review of it here. [...]
