Virgin Launches Project Magazine

Table of Contents

Virgin launched Project magazine yesterday and is the newest competitor in the digital magazine space. The App is available for free from the iTunes store.

Issues are downloaded within the App and cost $2.99 each. While there has been much talk about the future of magazines on the iPad, Project is a step in the right direction. However, it’s not revolutionary. The App has social sharing features built in but nothing robust. Project focuses on creating great content at an affordable price for the iPad.

You can watch a short video demo of the iPad magazine on Vimeo.
