Apple announced it will hold an event March 2nd in anticipation of the second generation iPad.

Apple has been mum about the next generation iPad but Apple Gazette has compiled an extensive infographic about the iPad 2.

Apple sent out invites for its iPad event March 2nd which confirms months of rumors that the company would announce the next generation tablet in Spring. The event will be held at Apple’s favorite venue the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco and we’ll be providing follow up coverage.
