This poor iPod Touch thinks its and iPhone

This iPod Touch on display at a Best Buy seems to be a bit confused. Apparently it thinks its an iPhone. If that isn’t solid proof that the two devices are merely copied and pasted from one another I don’t know what is.

Thanks Dan.

  1. I saw the same problem on an iPod Touch at a Best Buy in Orlando. I took a pic with my cell phone in case it didn’t show up somewhere, but i guess it did 😉

  2. Thats really funny! And so is the fact that the tried to get the touch out so fast they just forgot little details!

  4. Hey not shure but it looks like the person may of put iphone firmware on it or they have downloaded something from installer just for the iphone and used it :p

  5. I have the same thing. I actually ran in to that screen with my iPod Touch….I will put a video on youtube showing it, but all the icons are the the same as iPhone. All media is under iPod, and it when I hit SMS Text, it pulls up screen, but then says no SIM card detected. As for calling, it says through my headphones that I have no card in the device, and everything else works fine. As for the cmera thouch, it pulls it up, then x’es it out……………..MY IPOD ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
