twitterrific_icon.pngHave you heard of Twitter.com? I hadn’t until I was listening to MacBreak Weekly today…after checking out the service for a few minutes, I have to say, I think it’s pretty cool…and I’m planning on using it in conjunction with the site. If you’re new to Twitter, you can sign up here, and you’ll automatically be added to the Apple Gazette friend list. If you’re already a member, you can check out our profile here.

So that’s Twitter.

Now, Twitterrific is a new application from the Iconfactory team that lets you read and publish posts on Twitter. It’s a cool app, and if you’re using Twitter regularly it’s a very useful way of keeping in touch.

You can download Twitterrific for free by clicking here.

right. because that is the feature i have been longing for all this time, liveblogging my thrilling everyday life. oh hey guys, this just in, i’m having dinner! hot news!

  2. Phil –

You’re right…there is something kinda weird about it…but it’s a strangely compelling thing to use. I think of it more like a better looking, easier to navigate MySpace…but I see you point. 🙂

  3. Phil, by Internet standards I’m an old fart, but I gotta say that after a few hours with Twitter I was hooked. Give it a try and see how it goes. As my mom always used to say, you’ll never know unless you give it a go!
