tubesockpic_101_02.jpgI’ve been posting a lot of video over the past week, so it seemed like a good time to spotlight Tubesock, one of my favorite flash video grabbers for OS X.

Tubesock grabs videos off the web and converts them to play on your iPod, Mac, or PSP. TubeSock knows how to convert the video using the codecs and bitrates best for each device. It can even add the video to iTunes for you automatically. It’s even intergrated with Safari and Firefox…so it literally could not be simpler to use.

Tubesock costs $15 bucks, but it’s a great way to get all those cool YouTube videos off the web, and in your pocket.
