Hi this is Reggie the Developer for AppDelete. Just want to say thanks for recommeding my app. And I appreciate the comments regarding the Q app. Just to let you know there was a significant change in Version 1.0.2 to deal with that issue. And I have received good responses in return. Yes of course name association is part of how to find the related items. Currently I'm working on Version 1.1 which will be even more accurate in finding these items, plus will include some new features as well.

Feel free to contact me anytime through my site and I appreciate the post! Thanks for using AppDelete! :)

The one problem with this App is that it searches for all the files that have the applications name in their name. Like if you tried to delete Adium, it would search for Adium, and delete all the files and folders with this name.

I had an Application named "Q" and when I tried using this app to delete it, it found all the files on my hard drive with the letter Q in the title, and moved them to a folder in the trash. It took me for ever to find out where the files went and restore them.

It's a good App, as long as you check and make sure you aren't going to delete anything you need.
