Say Goodbye to Apple Hi-Fi

apple_hi_fi.jpg

As some of you have noticed, the Apple Hi-Fi has been removed from the Apple Store. Retail outlets are most likely to follow. It appears as though Apple’s big speaker just wasn’t a big hit.

I remember when the Hi-Fi was released it was deemed a “let down” by most of us. I know I wasn’t impressed. It always seemed over priced, and – to me anyway – somhow, un-Apple.

I can’t say that I’ll miss it, but I’m sure there are at least a few of you out there that have it, and possibly love it. If so, covet it – because it’s dead, Jim.

I think that’s probably for the best. I was kind of overpriced for what it was.

Now, though, you might be able to get once pretty cheap on clearance.
