iLife ’09 Ships Tomorrow

Apple issued a press release this morning announcing that iLife ’09 would begin shipping on Tuesday, January 27th, 2009.

The software package represents a major upgrade to Apple’s premiere suite of “life” applications including iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD, iWeb, and Garageband.

The updated iLife suite was a major focus of this year’s Keynote at Macworld, and looks to be an impressive upgrade. iLife is available for $79. If you purchased a new Mac after January 6th, 2009, however, you can get it for only a $9.95 upgrade fee.

  1. Awesome…I’m so excited for it. I just don’t understand why it has to ship, and why it can’t be available for download.
