But i hear that apple is saying that they are calling it Apple iPhone. Looks like they will get past this one. Sounds alright. Also, in a funny turn of events, things don’t look good for Cisco keeping that trademark. In addition, apparently Cisco were requesting that their devices be interoperable with Apple’s in return for allowing them to use the trademark, a move that would seriously cramp everything that allows Apple to be Apple. Turn of events, or what?
