		<description>I heard that cisco systems is sueing apple for the name iPhone which they use for there VoIP service. But i hear that apple is saying that they are calling it Apple iPhone. Looks like they will get past this one.</description>

Sounds alright. Also, in a funny turn of events, things don&#8217;t look good for Cisco keeping that trademark. In addition, apparently Cisco were requesting that their devices be interoperable with Apple&#8217;s in return for allowing them to use the trademark, a move that would seriously cramp everything that allows Apple to be Apple.
