iTunes .99 cent rental - “A Fish Called Wanda”

I don’t write about the .99 cent rental in iTunes every week…primarily because most of the “featured” films thus far have not been worth writing about. This week, however, is different.
“A Fish Called Wanda” is written by John Cleese. That should be enough right there - the man knows funny better than almost anyone that has ever lived. When you throw in the genius of Kevin Kline, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Michael Palin…well, it’s .99 cents well spent.
If you’ve never seen this R rated slapstick send up to 1930s comedies (with a decidedly modern twist…for the late 80s anyway) it’s well worth your time…although I do have to warn you that the trailer doesn’t do it justice.

LOVE this movie! Definitely in my top 10 favorites. If you’ve never seen it, you can’t beat this opportunity to catch it for $.99. You’ll never hear the Russian language the same way again.

@Dianne
I’m just glad to see some movies that I think are truly great being offered at the .99 price. I don’t hold “Soul Plane” up as a classic.

.99 cent or 99 cent? Not the same. .99 cent is very cheap! Less than a cent. Wow!

Is there a special was to find the $0.99 movies, or do you just have to click all the ones you like and hope they’re at an awesome price?
