DRM Free EMI Tracks are expected this week

When the EMI/DRM-FREE announcment hit earlier this year, the tracks were promised to us by the end of may.  Many sources have confirmed that this is still on track, and we should be seeing DRM-FREE tracks in iTunes this week.

On a personal bit of speculation, I expect to see them tomorrow.  The entire EMI catalog (minus The Beatles) will be available when the new option launches.  I’m looking forward to seeing how successful this is…
