If they use your patents and your technology to create the time machine - then yes, I think you should get a few bucks thrown your way.  

In this case millions of dollars is not a HUGE payout considering what Apple has made, and will continue to make off of the iPod.  It&#039;s only a small percentage.</description>

		<description>I have some pretty good plans for a time machine, but I can&#039;t seem to raise the capitol. So you mean to tell me if someone else pulls it off in 20 years I should get a huge payout? Sounds like another patent whore to me. If you can&#039;t bring your product to market, then you lose. That&#039;s what patents are supposed to be for. To protect your intellectual property until you can bring it to market. If you don&#039;t, then it&#039;s anyone&#039;s game. 

It&#039;s too bad that this guy missed the boat. But I don&#039;t think he&#039;s entitled to a payout from anyone. He should be paid for his contribution to Apple&#039;s legal battle, but not because it is the supposed inventor of the mp3 player. Not for nothing, but Apple didn&#039;t come out with the first mp3 player, then just came out with the first one that was a real hit.</description>
