POLL: What App Store program are you going to download first?

Of all the iPhone 2.0 hype – the thing I’m looking forward to the most is the App Store. There is so much potential in the iPhone as a development platform, and I can’t wait to see where developers take the device in the future.

My question for now, though, is what are you looking forward to the most? If all of the following applications were available in the App Store at launch, which one would you download first?

If the one you’re most interested in isn’t on the list, feel free to tell us about it in the comments below.

    Super Monkey Ball FTW!

Not only will it be a great time-killer, it’s another one of those apps that you’ll be able to use to show off what the iPhone can do.

  2. Rick O'Neil says:

I’m hoping for a Video recorder

  3. Michael says:

    @ Rick

I’m sure one will come out at some point. There’s no reason not too. I wouldn’t be surprised if some company came out with a dockable webcam to make the video confrencing a reality at some point.

  4. Tony says:

I am excited about all the medical programs that will be coming out. As a ER resident, epocrates will be number one on my list. I also hope that I will be able to use the MIM’s software that was showcased.

  5. Chris says:

Well, I voted Super Monkey Ball, but I am also downloading all the free apps.

  6. Brandon says:

Trizm, assuming its available at the launch of the app store.

  7. spacedoggy says:

Hopefully something similar to my Filofax in an application (I hate iCal!)

  8. Michael says:

The first application I’m going to download is Twitterrific but I’m also going to be downloading Enigmo and Super Monkey Ball shortly afterwards.

  9. Antonio says:

I wonder if Apple would allow browsers…

  10. Scott says:

I’m hoping for an iPhone financial application – preferably Quicken iPhone!

  11. Jon says:

I am hoping for a Golf GPS application similar to Sky Caddie.
