Does this mean they want a piece of the iTunes Store sales too? Not likely. With the success of the App Store and the massive population in China they no doubt want to reap the rewards of it. Talk about greedy. Apple needs to stand their ground, and make them agree to their terms or call off talks completely and go with their competitors. China Mobile has been nothing but greedy this entire time, granted the market for the iPhone and potential income generated is enormous so I'm not all that surprised, but at the end of they day they provide the cellular network, nothing else.
