You will spend more time trying to get G3 & G4 machines to run modern OSX Leopard than you would spending a few more dollars to get more current machines.
For Photoshop 7 or CS you should get a machine with at least 4gigs of RAM (or one that can support that configuration. Look into the 17 or 20″ G5 iMacs or early iMac Intel. Beware of first gen G5’s though, they had faulty motherboards and power supplies.
