The latest “Get a Mac” ad is online now at Apple.com – and I’m happy to say its a gem. The campaign came back last month, and I didn’t love the new ads. I didn’t hate them – just didn’t love them.

This one, however, I love. John Hodgemen is one of my favorite comedians today, and he does a spectacular job with this short bit about a “misprint” in PC World Magazine.

  1. Is it just me, but does anyone else think the Mac guy, whatever his name is, is just about the most milquetoasty guy on the planet? I would give him a chocolate covered biscuit if he would, just ONCE, take his hands out of his pockets.

  2. @ TPFolair, I believe he’s paid to keep them in his pockets 馃檪 I think they are trying to show Mac as the cool laid back and relaxed guy whereas the PC is the obsessive professional guy.

Considering the PC pretended to be the Mac I think it would be funny if they flipped roles in one commercial having the PC with his hands in his pocket dressed all casual and the mac ina suit acting all professional. I’m sure the die hard windows fans would enjoy seeing the PC make fun of the mac by mimicking him.
