Right now, Omniplan is the front runner, but it's pricey. I just can't help getting the feeling that I'm getting more than I need with most programs. Omnifocus and OmniPlan are cool, but gives you a GTD and Gantt views. I'll be watching this thread as well, I have yet to find similar qualities your looking for.
