Apple updates iMac with faster processors and graphics

Apple issued a press release this morning announcing that it is updating the iMac with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors and the most powerful graphics ever available on an iMac. The 24-inch iMac now offers 3.06 GHz and a high-performance NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS graphics card as options.
