30 Days of AppleTV – Day 9

Table of Contents

We’re 9 days in now, and that joy over having a cool new product has defintely subsided. Even still, though, at this point, I don’t see any reason to go back to cable at the end of this 30 day trial.

This week most of the shows that I watch will start running new episodes again, so I’ll really get a good idea of what the over-all cost for this is going to be.

I can already tell you that I’ve spent too much on iTunes stuff this month, but I can blame that on the fact that it’s new…and I need it for work, right?

When it comes to comparission at the end of the month, I plan on comparing each of my season and movie purchases to their brick and mortar counterparts and we’ll see if I actually spent MORE than I would have if I had purchased the DVDS. I don’t think that I have. I think I’ve spent less, but I want to be as detailed with this as possible.

  1. I like what you are doing here man. This great day by day experience with a new cool product is really both genuine and entertaining.

There must be a reward for what you are doing here, at least for coolness.

You make me feel as if I have owned the Apple TV too although it’s far from getting into my hands here in Egypt where I live.

Keep up the good work man, this is a great piece of journalism.
